Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you visit our pages, sign up for our free class, apply to work with us, book a call, or get texts and emails from us. It also explains how we use and protect that information.
Information we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, phone number, and any answers you give on a sign-up form or application.
- Booking details: the time and details of any call you schedule with us.
- Site and ad details: pages you visit, the link or ad that brought you here, browser and device details, and your IP address. We use this to run the site and to see which ads work.
How we use it
- Send you the class link, reminders, and replays.
- Send you emails and texts about our programs and offers, if you agreed to get them.
- Review your application and manage any call you book.
- Keep a record of your sign-up in our customer system.
- Measure our ads. When you sign up, Meta may get a hashed copy of your email address and first name. Hashing does not make the data anonymous to Meta. We never send your phone number to Meta.
Text messages
Our sign-up form has two separate, optional text message boxes. Neither is checked for you.
- Class reminders: if you check this box, you agree to get automated texts from Rising Phoenix Era at the number you give us with reminders about the free class you signed up for.
- Offers: if you check this box, you agree to get recurring automated marketing texts from Rising Phoenix Era about our coaching programs.
You can check one, both, or neither. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop getting texts. Reply HELP for help, or email us at navjot@risingphoenixera.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party. This does not include the service providers that help us send the messages, who may only use it to deliver our texts.
Services we use
We use service providers to run our business: a customer system to store contacts and send our emails and texts, a platform to host the live class, a scheduling tool to book calls, a form tool for applications, a website host, and Meta to measure ads. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.
Cookies and tracking
Our pages use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to count visits and sign-ups. Your browser and Meta account settings let you limit cookies and ad personalization. Our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
- Stop texts by replying STOP.
- Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing us. Include the email you signed up with so we can find your record.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep your information as long as we need it to run our programs, keep business records, and follow the law. Our pages use HTTPS. No online service can promise perfect security.
Children
Our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
